Initial Consultation Appointment - In person
In your comprehensive 60-minute initial consultation, we will conduct a thorough assessment. This includes obtaining your weight and BMI, an in-depth analysis of your medical history, current medications, and a discussion of your symptoms. We will also order labwork and have you return in about 1 week for a follow-up appointment to discuss a comprehensive review of your labwork results (this can be done in person or via telehealth). Our collaborative approach aims to formulate a personalized treatment plan tailored to meet your needs and goals. The investment for this in-depth consultation is $249.

Medication and Follow-ups
Following our consultation, your prescribed medication will be promptly delivered to your doorstep or delivered to our clinic where it is safely stored until you are ready to pick it up. Routine follow-ups, whether in-person or via telehealth, are required every one to three months and included in your treatment package. Between these scheduled appointments, you will benefit from periodic check-ins and enjoy the advantage of unlimited support, providing you with the opportunity to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the course of your treatment plan.
